How it works

At no point will you be wondering what comes next. The order is written out here; we do the work, you stay informed.

  1. Consultation

    We talk — free

    Your age, your diploma, your budget, your goal. Once we hear that, we name the universities that fit and what they cost. We also name the ones that do not.

  2. Documents

    We prepare the documents

    Passport, diploma, transcript. We tell you exactly what each one has to look like, and we handle the notarised Turkish translation ourselves.

  3. Application

    We send the application

    We submit to the university. You do not chase anything — we tell you where it stands.

  4. Acceptance

    The acceptance letter arrives

    Once it does, we go through payment and enrolment paperwork together. You know what is due and when, in advance.

  5. Visa

    The visa

    Which documents, which appointment, in which order — all written down. You walk into the consulate prepared.

  6. Arrival

    Landing in Istanbul

    We arrange dorm or apartment options before you fly. You know where you are sleeping on day one.

  7. Residence

    Residence permit and enrolment

    We file the residence permit and finish your university registration. We stay on it until the card is in your hand.
